Pledge of Integrity

As a sole proprietor, I must remain profitable to remain viable. However, striving for profitable operations will never come at the expense of personal or professional integrity. My business success is dependent on trusting relationships. My reputation is founded on my personal integrity and dedication.

As I am acting in a position of trust on your behalf (my client), I pledge to:

• Act with integrity, competence, diligence, respect, and in an ethical manner

• Place the integrity of my profession and the interests of clients above personal interests

• Use reasonable care and exercise independent professional judgment when conducting my business

• Not offer, solicit, or accept any gift, benefit, compensation, or consideration that reasonably could be expected to compromise my or another’s independence and objectivity

• Not knowingly make any misrepresentations relating to my professional activities

• Not engage in any professional conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or commit any act that reflects adversely on my professional reputation, integrity, or competence

• Observe and comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of any country in which I do business

• Promptly and efficiently obey all lawful instructions given me by clients in accordance with the business relationship

• Safeguard clients’ lawful confidences and maintain the confidentiality of information provided me

• Provide a written accounting of all transactions concerning clients’ online bill payment bank accounts at least monthly and upon termination of my services

• Be cost conscious

• Receive client consent prior to engaging in transactions

• Allow clients, or their outside representatives, the opportunity to review my processes at any time

• Permit clients to see applicable documentation at any time

• Retain membership in the Marlborough Business Association

• Retain membership in the American Association of Daily Money Managers
